The pricing questions we get asked most.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Billed through the end of the current period. No retention call.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on Pro, no credit card required.
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
No. Georend works without it. If you use QuickBooks Online, invoices and payments sync automatically so you skip double entry. We're also building our own lightweight accounting tool so eventually you can run the money side on Georend directly.
What happens to my scans if I cancel?
You keep full export access for 30 days after cancellation. After that we delete them on our standard backup rotation. See the Privacy Policy.
Are there per-transaction fees?
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. We pass that through at cost and add zero platform markup.
Do you lock me into a 12-month contract?
No. Month-to-month is the default. Annual is a discount for people who want one, not a trap. Renewals are opt-in, emailed 7 days ahead. The no-trap commitment is in the Terms, not just on this page.
